Won 2 lots at the recent surplus asset sale
Here's the list of UPS units I won, I'm selling them off for half a cent per VA (the number listed here)

APC
Back-UPS
300
280
250 (2)
600 (8)
650
Backups CS
300
Smart - UPS

I haven't checked the batteries yet, but one of the 2x0's has a new battery last year. These are way to heavy to ship, only because it really rackes up the price. I can send them without batteries, to drop the shipping.

Also picked up a HP Deskjet 350. it's cute, but i need a power supply

A family member passes on

It seems the next time I see my truck it will be to clear my possesions out of it.
Front brake lines rotting
metal brake line leaking
water pump leaks, failing
the exhaust thing
rear gas tank leaks(not a big thing, but not entirely legal)
LR tire bad
worn balljoint or something like that
rear seals leaking

So keep your eyes open for nice looking Ford F-150's. It HAS to be stick, and HAS to be 4x4. Beyond that, the 4.9L 300CI straight six engine is what I'd like 94,95,96 only 93 if it's in really good shape. I'm not to picky about colors, but I'd like it not to be black. and for the love of god cloth interiors only; vinyl sucks and leather is even worse.

WHOA that was a lot of rain. Went up to the lake today to take out the boat and the dock. first time I've forgotten my camera, and there was some good stuff
Originally the plan was I'd go up saturday night, but we called it off with all the rain there was. Good idea, the following roads were closed at some point: 940, 423, 507, 590, legedale rd (both of them), and I think 191 may have been on that list too.....can't remember. ledgdale road was still closed today, and there was a whole tree in the middle of the cove. you could see the top floating above the waterline. ledgedale cove was 100% muddy water. Our cove was clear, but had huge stick mats at the shoreline. we lost about 20-30 feet of beech to the rising water.

My truck goes in for inspection tomorrow. I know the rear brakes need replacing, I have the shoes already, I just didn't know how to do drum brakes yet. There's a small leak in teh coolant system somewhere, but only when you shut the car off. The rear gas tank has a leak, so I just don't use it. And today, somewhere between allentown and the tunnel, my exhaust system split apart. the pipe pulled out of the catalytic converter. sounded really badass, but it resonated through the cab and got annoying really fast. I lik the sound, but I think it needs to be at the back of the truck to be acceptable.
and my dad thought this was going ot be in and out.....HAHAHAHA

My truck just took another step toward crap today when i used JB Weld to reattatch the window on the back of the cap.

I'm trying to see if I can get a gerber multitool without a knife on it so I can carry it at work (school). I'ts the one thing I miss most right now.

What a day

Dear christ what a day. Mr Yucha was out today so I was flying solo with the sub. No plans, no work from the previous day. He did say to run the lab safety video, but that was it. That took up a good 35-40 minutes, so my first perioud double lab was the only one I had to really shoot from the hip for.

My Schedule

The periods are about 46 minutes each, with 4 in between. I now am faced with eth task of setting up the room the way I want it and cleaning out all of Lemke's old crap. I chucked 3 bunsen burners today because they were too corroded and not worth cleaning. I'm starting to get the hang of this. I can do this, I'm gonna kick ass at it.

BTW the Chem 1 classes are the average students, chem comm is Chemistry in the community, and are the lower students. but they are all good classes.

When working on projects at night, it is always important to double check your wiring before you apply power. Things that run on +5V tend to get cranky when you apply +12V to them, or they just flip you the bird as they die.

FOR FREE I have the following items.
1 Plustek Optic Pro 9636T scanner New in box.
1 HP deskjet 810C printer. Parralell or USB, it has ink cartridges, but needs new ones.
1 Fried Maxtor 30 GB Hard drive
or
1 Maxtor 30 GB Doorstop / Paperweight

That's it for now I guess. Hopefully I'll have a job post soon.
