I'm climbing more often at work now. not a ton, but a little. It's nice. The new guy is pretty cool. Not a great climber, but holds his own, but then again he's blind in one eye. He was part of our first accident, but it really was Ed's fault for not using his depth perception.
Getting ready to replace the rear window on my truck. Been letting my account build up, now I need to see how much my warranty will cover. I'm probably going to put in an electric slider. I'll have to do the clearence lights at the same time since both tasks require dropping the headliner. I finally hooked up the lights on the running boards. Dear gods do they look sweet. My blue truck continues refusing to die. It's a good girl, I'll have to buy her some new rear springs sometime. The currents are getting a bit saggy.
My comp blew 8 caps a little while back. It really did suck, but I was able to replace all of them and now it runs fine again. Still can't do flash very well, but it's a nice little comp.
I toured the plant where k'nex are made. Now THAT kicked ass. They do a lot of other stuff there too, I checked out a roller from a bed frame hot off the press. I mean that literally it was just barely cool enoug hto hold I had to keep it moving so I wouldn't get burnt. Funniest part is that they're made here to assure the quality, then shipped to their warehouse, then shipped overseas to be packaged, then shipped back. It's actually cheapest that way because of the human interaction needed on the packing process. It's a sad world we live in.
Bauman's is a small company in Gilbertsville that makes apple butter, cider, and a whole slew of other butters. We stopped in yesterday and got an apple slushie. It's like a slurpee that tastes like apple cider. It's really wired, but very good. Also found Reading Draft Bottling. The make some really good and some unusual sodas. I recommend. Also they sweeten with real sugar, no corn syrup. High class. The link is correct, but hasn't been working for me so far.
That's it for now, maybe I'll start yapping about my trips on here soon. who knows.
